1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of FlowsReport, operated by Flow Sleep Repeat Ltd (Company No. 16225498), registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FlowsReport is a commissioning and asset tracking platform for data center contractors. It enables users to import asset registers, apply workflow templates, track commissioning milestones, manage issues, and generate reports for client handover.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring data submitted complies with applicable laws
  • Maintaining appropriate backups of your data

4. Subscription & Billing

Early Access: Pricing details will be published when the platform launches publicly. During early access, pricing and terms are agreed individually with each customer. Contact us for current pricing information.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings or by contacting support.

Access after cancellation: Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can export your data at any time before your access ends.

Refunds: Refund policies will be detailed when public pricing is announced. During early access, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

6. Fair Usage

Usage limits (assets, storage, users) will be defined per plan when public pricing is announced. During early access, fair usage applies. If your usage significantly exceeds typical patterns, we may contact you to discuss appropriate terms.

7. Site-Specific Photography Policies

Many data center and corporate sites have strict policies regarding photography and documentation. As a FlowsReport user, you are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining all necessary permissions before capturing photos or creating reports on any site
  • Complying with site-specific photography policies, security protocols, and confidentiality agreements
  • Ensuring only authorised personnel capture images in restricted areas
  • Never sharing, posting, or distributing site photos on social media or public platforms unless explicitly authorised
  • Following all Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) related to client sites

FlowsReport is a tool for professional documentation. Misuse of photos or reports in violation of site policies may result in account termination and could expose you to legal liability. When in doubt, always seek written permission from site management.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data remains your property. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all data, photos, and content you upload to FlowsReport. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service.

Our Platform: FlowsReport, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Flow Sleep Repeat Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Sleep Repeat Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of FlowsReport.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
